Browse the interactive floor map, click on any available stand, review details including size, price, and location, then click "Book Now". You will be guided through registration, stand selection, document upload, and payment through the online portal.
When you book your stand you will be asked to pay for it then which you can do through the portal. This will secure your stand reservation.
Typically, you will need company registration details, contact information, billing information, and any required compliance documents related to your exhibition stand.
Each exhibitor will be requested to fill out and return a Health and Safety Declaration form before the event. In addition each exhibitor is reminded that he/she is responsible for effecting their own Insurance Cover and they will also be required to submit a copy it. The insurance confirmation should include: • Title of the insured • Insurance Company • Policy Number • Business Description • Dates of Cover • A specific indemnity to Goffs
